A relocation and adaptation consultation: a calm, confidential conversation about what has been hard, with practical ideas on routines, language, community and staying close to home.

- A 30- or 60-minute video call
- Practical strategies for routines, language learning and making connections
- Ideas for local community groups, language exchanges and activities
- Ways to stay close to family at home without feeling stuck between two places
Not included
- Therapy, counselling or any medical or mental-health treatment
- Crisis support. If you are in crisis in Spain, call 112 for emergencies or 024 for suicide-prevention support
This is my service fee for guidance and support. Government, legal and third-party fees are always separate and are paid by you.
