Questions about services and payment
What is the difference between a consultation and a service?
A consultation is a single call for questions and next steps. Services such as NIE or housing guidance include a focused session plus checklists, document reviews and follow-up support.
Do your prices include government fees?
No. My prices are service fees. Government, visa, translation, apostille, notary, lawyer, agency and school fees are always separate unless a package explicitly includes them.
Can I combine services?
Yes. Use the package builder to see a bundle price, or choose Complete Spain Relocation for one coordinated plan.
How does payment work?
You pay when you book, using one of the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so card details never touch this website.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free if you let me know more than 24 hours before your session. The cancellation policy explains refunds in detail.
