- Penetration testing, security audits or vulnerability scanning
- Legal advice, regulatory compliance assessment or certification
- Performance/load testing, an accessibility compliance audit or automated test-suite development
- Fixing bugs, ongoing monitoring or work outside the agreed scope
- Any guarantee that every bug will be found or that a product is safe, compliant or defect-free
